Get started with cloud solution

 Our ideological Cloud Database is an additional service for accounting firms or other users who want to access ideological from multiple computers. The cloud solution gives greater freedom by allowing you to access and work with your company data from any computer that has access to the internet and ideological installed. The obvious advantages are that you get increased access by accessing your data from different locations and that we take care of the work with a backup. Several users can simultaneously be connected from different locations and work towards the same company database. It can, for example, be an accounting firm that allows customers to manage their invoicing directly in the program. We handle the work of making daily backups and the server is located in a secure data hall that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for maximum availability and security. Your business data is, therefore, better protected with our cloud solution than if you had it on your computer in the office or at home. Daily copies are saved one month back in time.

idealogical gives the Accounting Agency and the agency's client the opportunity to work against the database in real-time, ie no manual transfers are required. The accounting firm already has idealogical while the customer rents the software parts he or she has to work with, such as invoicing. idealogical can also give Redovisningsbyrån the opportunity to work with any computer in the office, at home, and out with a customer.

No backup or export to zip file can be done manually in the program without the backup being handled by us on the server where the database is located.

Export to a zip file or to an email recipient does not work. If you need to email the company for any reason, you can first copy down a copy locally.

During company selection, there is a menu item for

 "Copy company to company" in the More menu. If it is used to copy from a company that is connected to a database in the cloud to a new ID, the database itself is not copied, but only the connection to the database in the cloud. It can be used if you want to "move" the connection to another ID in the company list. If a company that is connected to a database in the cloud is deleted, only the actual connection to the database in the cloud is deleted. The actual database in the cloud remains.

The Settings for User Rights under File - System Maintenance cannot be used against databases in the cloud. The restrictions that can be made are rights per software part for users. This is done by the administrator, read more about how below under the heading User rights.

Please note that you can not run idealogical mo idealogical but may instead use ideological Web time.

Custom integrations with a cloud database do not work. The traffic to the server is encrypted, so it is not possible to retrieve or enter information in the database with programs other than idealogical

The approach differs slightly depending on whether you are going to upload a brand new company directly to the cloud, or if you have already worked with a company in the program that you want to copy to the cloud.
